Boxford records 15 deed transfers in September, most prices still pending
Boxford recorded 15 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price by press time: $755,000 to $1,325,000, with a median of $1,000,000 among those three. The top sale was a condo at 16 Ingalls Village Way, Unit 4, for $1,325,000. Great Pond Drive and Ingalls Village Way each saw two transfers. Nine of the 15 deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, which likely explains the missing price data; with pricing available for just one-fifth of transactions, the month's overall market tone is hard to read from this data alone.
