Boxford August Home Sales Range From $550,000 to $1.35 Million
Boxford recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds data. Seven of those sales disclosed a price, ranging from $550,000 for a home on Highland Road to $1,350,000 for a property on Ashland Road Lot 1, with a median of $1,129,000. The Ashland Road sale, from the Laura B. Glennon Revocable Trust to Colin Coughlin, was the month's top transaction. Seven of the 14 transfers, half the total, listed no sale price and involved matching grantor and grantee names, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
