The Ashland Road sale, from the Laura B. Glennon Revocable Trust to Colin Coughlin, was the month's top transaction. Seven of the 14 transfers, half the total, listed no sale price and involved matching grantor and grantee names, consistent with family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
