Boxford Zoning Board approves special permit for multi-car garage at 102 Main Street. The board unanimously granted the permit for Robert Kaminski's property following Planning Board recommendation of approval, with conditions requiring an as-built submission at foundation inspection and prohibiting commercial activity. Three other cases were continued to February 26: an accessory apartment and garage at 213 Ipswich Road (seeking Planning Board engineering review), an accessory apartment at 4 Moonpenny Drive (applicant redesigning after board rejected floor plan square-footage calculations), and a modification to a previously approved garage at 68 Georgetown Road (pending Planning Board review of dormer and material changes discovered during rough inspection).
The board also accepted its 2026 calendar and approved amended December 18 minutes.
