Boxford Planning Board approves removal of 16-inch oak at Scenic Road, continues second-tree hearing. Members voted 5-0 to approve removal of the tree at 23 Valley Road under the Scenic Roads Act, while voting to continue its hearing on a second oak at the property pending homeowner input. In separate business, the board voted 6-0 to recommend Zoning Board approval of a two-space garage at 29 Berry Patch Lane, conditioned on Conservation Commission approval of required wetlands permits.
The board also continued a driveway permit for 213 Ipswich Road pending applicant response to stormwater management review comments.
