Planning Board approves special permit modification for Georgetown Road storage building.
Planning Board · Meeting of February 18, 2026
BOXFORD — Planning Board unanimously approves special permit modification for storage structure at 68 Georgetown Road. The project, reviewed by Attorney Nancy McCann and applicant Jonathan Webber, involved construction deviations flagged by the building inspector, including a single large dormer replacing three separate dormers, bathroom reconfigurations, and a change from the proposed siding to eastern cedar shake shingles to match the existing house. The Zoning Board of Appeals had already cleared the modifications.
The Board also appointed Ellen Nestervich as Chair Pro Tem, deferring discussion of regulatory changes for small clean energy projects to its next meeting.
