BOXFORD — Planning Board recommends scoreboards and apartment expansion. The Boxford Planning Board voted 4-0 (with one abstention) to recommend approval of new scoreboards at Cole School's Little League field, contingent on shutdown by 7:30 p.m., and unanimously recommended approval of a special permit for an accessory apartment at 47B Sheffield Road. Two driveway permits for Ipswich Road and Pinehurst Drive were continued to April 15, 2026.
