Conservation Commission issues compliance certificate, continues four hearings

BOXFORD — Conservation Commission issues compliance certificate for Woodcrest Road project, continues four hearings. The board voted unanimously to issue the Certificate of Compliance for COC 114-1364 at 34 Woodcrest Road (Vincent Grasso), involving house renovation, deck addition, septic upgrade, and landscape work. Director Ross Povenmire found only minor deviations and confirmed grass regrowth in the affected area.
Four permit hearings were continued: 10 Killam Hill Road to February 5, and three others--20 Endicott Road (Masconomet School District), 213 Ipswich Road (Tourkistas), and Koster Field (Boxford Athletic Association)--to March 5, 2026. The amended Order of Resource Area Delineation for 599 Main Street (Frangos) was approved and issued.
