Conservation Commission closes three hearings, continues two to March

Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 19, 2026

BOXFORD — Conservation Commission unanimously closes hearings and issues orders for two septic projects. The Commission voted to close and issue the Order of Conditions for NOI 114-1437 at 10 Killam Hill Road (applicant Cosgrove), a septic system installation within 100 feet of a bordering vegetated wetland already approved by the Board of Health. An amended order was issued for the Boxford Friendship Association's 10-foot-by-30-foot gravel-driveway extension at 50 Four Mile Village, designed to repair erosion damage and tire ruts.

Two additional hearings, for a septic repair at 47 Andrews Farm Road (Yovino) and a project at 433 Main Street (YMCA of Greater Boston), were continued to the March 5 meeting pending further Board of Health coordination and applicant requests.
