Boxford Conservation Commission determined negligible impact for Ashland Road porch project and issued conditions for Andrews Farm Road septic system. With five of seven members present, the Commission, led by newly appointed chair pro tem Kerri Lummus, unanimously approved both the Dobbins concrete pad installation and the Yovino septic order. Four additional hearings were continued to March and April, and Conservation Director Ross Povenmire was directed to contact agricultural licensees regarding renewal under a revised agreement form reviewed by town counsel.
