Boxford Sales Span $15,000 to $1.56 Million Over Four Weeks
Boxford recorded 13 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, per Essex County Registry of Deeds filings. Eight of the 13 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $15,000 to $1,560,000, with a median of $1,058,000. The month's top sale was 2 Gina Way Lot 2, which sold for $1,560,000 on July 29 from Owl Realty Trust to Ocllo Mason. Spofford Road saw two transfers, one at $1,025,000 and one at $15,000. Five deeds carried no disclosed price; several of those involved same-family or trust-related parties. With five of 13 disclosed transactions above $1 million, the data shows a market weighted toward higher-priced sales during this period, though a third of all transfers had no price on record.
