Boxford Posts FY27 Budget, Capital Plan for Review

BOXFORD — Boxford posted its fiscal 2027 proposed budget and capital plan for public review this week, and the town opened in-person early voting for the Sept. 1 state primary.

TOWN HALL

The town has made its FY27 proposed budget and capital plan available for public review on the town website, according to a homepage notice from Town Hall. The documents give residents an early look at spending priorities before the budget moves toward formal review and hearings.

The Town Clerk's office also renewed its call for residents willing to serve as election workers, directing interested residents to reach out by email ahead of the Sept. 1 state primary. In-person early voting for that primary opens Thursday, Aug. 27, with sample ballots posted on the town site.

Town boards keep a full schedule through the end of the month: the Zoning Board of Appeals meets Thursday, Aug. 27, and the Select Board convenes Monday, Aug. 31, both according to the town's public meetings calendar.
