Boxford July Sales Top Out Near $2.1 Million Amid Wide Price Range
Boxford recorded 14 property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, though only nine deeds disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $700,000 to $2,097,000, with a median of $979,500 among the nine disclosed sales. The month's top transaction was 29 Hoveys Pond Drive, which sold for $2,097,000 on July 17. Spofford Road, Washington Street and Hillside Road each recorded two sales. Four of the 14 deeds were trust transfers, including three in which the buyer and seller shared the same name; none of those four disclosed a price. The available data shows a range of price points but no basis for characterizing the market as especially strong or weak.
