BOXFORD — Planning Board conditionally approves wall at 94 Topsfield Road, schedules hearing. The board voted unanimously to require an engineer's attestation before allowing the rock wall, under 7 feet tall on homeowner Marius Becos's property per Department of Public Works review. It also unanimously scheduled a Scenic Roads Act hearing for the next meeting, since the previously removed stone wall had not been formally reviewed under town preservation rules.
In other business, the board continued the driveway permit for 213 Ipswich Road until August 19, pending Fire Department approval, and appointed Member Angela Steadman to the Community Preservation Committee.
